
When the Covid-19 crisis culminated in an unprecedented shutdown in March many management teams were faced with a challenge that few could have imagined let alone planned for. To get a measure of the scale of the impact, we were keen to find out how our clients, particularly SMEs, within our specialist sectors had reacted in the immediate aftermath of the lockdown; how the crisis has impacted their forecasted growth and revenue and what their plans are for the future.
During May and June we conducted in-depth quantitative and qualitative research, interviewing over 150 CEOs and CFOs of SMEs across Marketing Services, Technology, Entertainment and Consumer Products. We have used this data to create a report that provides some insight into both the response to and impact of the crisis across the sectors.
