Our Values

We built the business on our core values; honesty and clarity, pro-activity, long-term relationships and knowledge.

Honesty and clarity. We ensure these values are paramount in all of our interactions with everyone; clients, candidates, suppliers and each other.
Pro-activity. We are solutions driven and don't rely purely on existing methods. We are flexible, open to change and question the status quo in a constantly evolving world.
Long-term relationships. We develop relationships with a view to forming successful and sustainable partnerships; not short term profit.
Knowledge. We continually develop an in-depth understanding of our service and the sector in which we operate.

Diversity Policy

We seek to promote the benefits of diversity in all of our business activities including but not limited to, the recruitment, fair treatment and promotion of our staff, suppliers and contractors.

We strive to make sure that our clients meet their own diversity targets and will not discriminate unlawfully when deciding which candidate is submitted for a vacancy or assignment. We ensure that each candidate is assessed only in accordance with the candidate's merits, qualifications and abilities to perform the relevant duties required by the particular vacancy.

Talentarc will not accept instructions from clients that indicate an intention to discriminate unlawfully.

We recognise that our obligations to society, the economy and the environment go beyond our statutory requirements.

We aim to have our sustainability goals adopted as part of our culture and ensure that all employees are fully engaged and committed to achieving these objectives.

We recognise the importance of environmental issues and whilst we acknowledge that any business activity will have an environmental impact, it's the company's aim to minimise this impact where possible.

I was very impressed on first meeting the agent. Tracy showed a clear understanding of the Television Industry and was well informed. I was only approached about jobs that were appropriate for my skills and my preferred methods of working had been taken into account.
