Management Team

The team is led by accomplished professionals from both the international recruitment industry and the media sector. As a management team we have on average, 15 years industry experience. Importantly, we also have experience in commercial fields such as Marketing and Brand Communications, Corporate Finance, Accountancy, HR, Employee Relations and Organisational Design.

Simon Samuel

Simon has over 15 years employment sector experience and within his current role, manages operations as well as being a hands-on recruiter. Simon focuses on recruiting for marketing services companies; creative, media, digital, affiliate, direct, data, research, branding... placing CFO's, COO's, FD's and Corporate Finance professionals. He holds an Executive MBA from London Business School.

Prior to setting up Talentarc, Simon held general management, corporate finance and recruitment roles with a NYSE listed consulting and HR business. His wider experience includes: brand strategy, M&A, business planning, start ups, employment law and tax.

Tracy Flowerday

Tracy has over 15 years experience of recruiting professional services staff and extensive knowledge of the media and entertainment sectors. Tracy focuses on providing senior finance and legal professionals to the broadcast, digital, entertainment, licensing, production and distribution sectors. She also delivers consulting on psychometrics, remuneration strategy and the recruitment process.

Prior to joining Talentarc, Tracy was Business Development Director for one of the UK's leading recruitment businesses and was responsible for winning and managing several multinational accounts.

In addition to running business units and direct consulting, Tracy's experience includes: development of competency frameworks, Sunday Times Best Companies project management (4th place, large companies), advising on talent management, staff retention and development of ISO9001:2000 frameworks

Sarah Wynn

Sarah has over 14 years experience within the professional services recruitment industry and currently leads our HR practice.

Prior to joining Talentarc, Sarah was a Board Director for a leading national professional services recruiter, delivering solutions and managing teams within the HR, Marketing & Communications fields.  She was a recognized high achiever within the group, winning the Group Leadership award in 2008.

In addition to managing business units, operational management and direct consulting, Sarah’s experience includes:

  • Talent development: Developing a leadership and consultant training and mentoring program.
  • Organisational Change / Transition: Developing and restructuring the Management hierarchy to include the development of job roles, remit and responsibilities. 
  • Legislative review and policy development: Interpreting legislative changes, developing policy and designing and implementing operational strategy, most recently relating to AWR.
  • Operational delivery: Developed an effective delivery model to facilitate efficient and effective supply to a managed service mode of delivery.

Her many years experience as a recruiter within the HR profession, combined with her leadership and broader business experience, give Sarah a unique insight into the issues and challenges faced by the HR profession.
