Interim

We provide specialist Interim Managers and Consultants across all disciplines. These are usually industry specialists and have detailed experience within the relevant media sub sector, but can also be technical specialists where projects are highly defined.

Typically our clients use these individuals for advisory purposes, to cover a skills shortage, for projects or to assume a role whilst waiting for a permanent hire.

Benefits include:

  • Cost effective versus using a consulting or advisory firm.
  • Industry specific knowledge and contacts.
  • Avoids employer status and associated liabilities and tax.
  • Contractually not burdensome. Offers flexibility.
  • All inclusive rate charged by us. Only invoiced for days worked.

I was very impressed on first meeting the agent. Tracy showed a clear understanding of the Television Industry and was well informed. I was only approached about jobs that were appropriate for my skills and my preferred methods of working had been taken into account.
