Given our industry focus and the size of our teams, we believe we have developed an unrivalled database of talent within the UK media, entertainment, digital and marketing services sector. We have put considerable resource into mapping these sectors and our researchers have developed our own 'non active' database from identifying key individuals within the industry. As a result, we can quickly and effectively identify existing, pre-screened candidates for your roles.

All of our data can be manipulated to create shortlists based on a number of variables to include sub-sector (i.e. media agency, creative agency, magazine publishing, digital broadcast etc), position, company structure and size. The data is continually updated in house to track any movements and developments.

The relevance and quality of this data coupled with consultant expertise, means we are able to produce high caliber shortlists within your timescales.
