Talentarc was set up in 2006 by an experienced management team and since our inception has been dedicated to working exclusively with the media, entertainment, digital and marketing services sectors. We are now recognized leaders in our field and preferred supplier to many of the UK's brands within these sectors...our track record is superb.

Every Consultant in our business is a highly experienced recruiter who reflects our company values.

With bold growth plans, our strategy is to expand within the media, entertainment, digital and marketing services industries. We will not, however, diversify into other sectors and dilute our brand and the service we can therefore offer.

As a privately owned, independent business we are able to be flexible in our approach and make commercial decisions rapidly. We are not answerable to external shareholders.

We set up our business to service clients and candidates who wish to have a more personal approach where they are not just one of many.
