Simon Samuel
Simon began his career in a finance role with Cisco Systems whilst living in Sydney as part of a 2 year extended period of "travelling". Upon returning to the UK he moved into recruitment. Within 4 years he was leading his own division having built a UK business unit to 80 people and £30m revenue. He moved on to internal consultancy and before joining Talentarc ran the international HR and recruitment business of a US quoted group.
His areas of expertise also includes:

- Business planning and start ups
- Employment and recruitment legislation
Simon has an Executive MBA from London Business School.

Tracy Flowerday
Tracy has worked in the industry recruiting professional services staff for 13 years. Immediately prior to joining Talentarc, she was responsible for winning and managing several multinational accounts for one of the UK's leading recruitment businesses, most recently holding the position of Business Development Director.
In addition to running business units and recruitment consulting duties her experience includes:
- The development of a competency framework
- Sunday Times Best Companies - project management
- Advising on talent management and staff retention
- Organising and running HR and leadership seminars
- Development of ISO9001:2000 framework.
Tracy studied psychology at Manchester University and spent two years living and working in Barcelona.

Nicola Statham
Nicki has worked in the media industry for 8 years across various global networks and now focuses on finding roles for senior agency and sales people. After starting her career awith a specialist media search firm Nicki move into International Media, managing the planning and buying for key accounts such as HSBC and UBS. Nicki had management roles at Mindshare and Starcom before joining Talentarc in 2007.
